Declaration of consent for data processing acc. EU DSGVO

on 25.05.2018, the European Data Protection Regulation has become valid. This EU regulation aims to strengthen consumer rights. Since we have always taken the topic of data protection very seriously, nothing will change for you about the relationship with us.

Immobilien Gass (owner: Marcus Gass), complete addressees please refer to the end of this letter, in particular processes the following personal data, in the context of a contractual relationship with you (conclusion of rental and purchase contracts):

In the following, these data are referred to as personal data. 

Immobilien Gass process these personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship. The legal basis valid for this purpose is Article 6 (b). EU DSGVO. 

Immobilien Gass will pass on the personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship. A transfer of your personal data takes place depending on the nature of the contractual relationship to landlords, sellers, tenants , buyers and notaries. Property Gass is also subject to the requirements of the Money Laundering Act, so Immobilien Gass may be obliged to provide information to the supervisory authorities and pass personal data on to it. 

At Immobilien Gass, personal data is processed exclusively by its own employees, who are entrusted with the fulfillment of the contract. In addition, there is a hosting provider for our website, which is based in Germany. 

A transfer of personal data, in principle, does not take place in countries that do not belong to the EEA countries. In addition, our IT systems on which the data is processed are located exclusively in Germany. The data, which are in paper form with us, are also stored exclusively in Germany. 

Immobilien Gass destroys your personal data after expiry of the retention obligations that result from statutory provisions and, if these are not available, no later than one year after completion of the contractual relationship (conclusion of a rental or purchase contract). If you wish an earlier deletion, please inform Immobilien Gass. 

The EU GDPR provides you with a number of rights. In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the EU GDPR, these rights are, in particular, the following: right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and right to object to the processing of the data. 

In addition, you have the right to appeal to the competent authority for a complaint, in accordance with Article 77 EU GDPR. The responsible supervisory authority for real estate Gass is the Hessian data protection officer in the Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, in 65189 Wiesbaden.
